WHAT WE DO

Meurer Development is comprised of a team of dedicated and experienced staff well versed in many areas including, but not limited to, general good building practices, site development, green technology, marketing and sales. Meurer Development is focused on developing residential green homes that utilize energy saving techniques and environmentally friendly building practices. We are currently developing two areas: Ocean and Hunterdon Counties in New Jersey. Meurer Development has teamed up with ENERGY STAR and U.S. Green Building Council to design and implement geothermal heating and cooling, solar and wind electrical generators as well as state of the art insulation practices.

Our aim is to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, help people with the cost of running a home, and “it’s the right thing to do” for the environment. Also, the government has recognized the importance of this and provides benefits in the form of rebates and tax incentives for both home buyers and builders.
