RICHARD MEURER

Richard Meurer is the founder and Managing Director of Meurer Development. Prior to starting Meurer Development, Rich was the CEO of International Elevator Company (I.E.C.) where he founded and grew it into one of the most successful vertical transportation companies on the East Coast. I.E.C. was profitably sold in 2008. The sale gave Rich the opportunity to pursue his vision of becoming a residential developer with a sense of ethics to our environment as well as to the homebuyer.

Rich discovered a niche building market for green homes in the New Jersey area because he wanted to build one for his own family, but struggled to find an experienced green home builder in the area with the level of home quality he was seeking. Rich’s experience of running his other lucrative companies along with his innate pride and dedication to quality, enable Meurer Development to grow to be the best of class.
